Behavioural Changes in Response to Covid-19 Pandemic

This study aims at investigating the factors and identifying coping mechanisms for behavioural changes of Malaysians during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents using simple random sampling data was analysed by SPSS. The mean (M=3.42) indicates that are going through due fear getting infected COVID-19. findings also show made them cope with adapting new norm wearing masks hand sanitisers in public places, becoming more protective their family’s well-being, practising social distancing, preferring stay home rather than out places staying positive. In conclusion, have been triggered pandemic has affected Malaysians’ sleeping patterns diet. It is suggested government, health authorities, family pay closer attention those who situation different types support.
